The Customer Care Coordinator is the liaison between yourself and your superintendent. When the building of your home is about to commence our Customer Care Coordinator will send you a letter to let you know that construction will be underway shortly. They will also call you to introduce themselves. They will be available to you through the entire construction process to answer any questions you have, and to ensure your home is built just as you ordered it.
