Part of the fun of buying a new home is being able to put your personal decorating touches both inside and outside of your new home. You will make some of these choices with ReidBuilt and others at our Design Centre.
Custom Changes
We must order many items well in advance of installation. Once the plans have been signed off and items have been ordered, further changes to the home have a huge ripple effect on the process and cause significant delays and significant cost. By working within the change order cut off boundaries, these significant costs and delays can usually be avoided.

By completing any change orders according to the schedule below, you will save additional costs and avoid adding delays to the construction schedule.
