Once a model has been chosen, any requests such as garage enlargement, fireplace additions, room dimensions or window revisions, can be included with the agreement.  The design department will include the requested changes on a set of “preliminary plans” which will be reviewed in detail including electrical, kitchen layouts, etc. with you by your sales representative.  Once plans are finalized, obtaining engineering and permits will commence for your new home and you will have an appointment at the Design Centre to choose the interior finishes.
