Depending upon your mortgage agreement, your taxes will either be included in your monthly payments or you will receive an annual bill from your municipality. Depending upon occupancy dates there may be tax adjustments required. If you receive a tax bill for a full year when you have occupied the home for less than a year, Reid Built will make appropriate prorated adjustments. If we receive the tax bill, we will send you a cheque for the Reid Built portion of the taxes owing. Contact your Property Tax Agent at 486-3666 to make arrangements.
